In addition, variations of snow, rain, and freezing rain are expected during the passage of two upper-level low systems. The first, on Thursday, will bring freezing rain at first on Thursday, potentially bringing very dangerous driving conditions. This will eventually turn to a rain/snow mix. Friday and Saturday see a lower risk of precipitation between systems, but poor air quality remains. Another system passes on Sunday, bringing mild temperatures and corresponding rain/snow mix chances. A cold front passes during Sunday, dropping temperatures and likely ensuring precipitation on Monday will be frozen. Air quality may improve over, or after, the weekend, depending on the strength of the system.
